Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cuci Pro Cleaning Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Cuci Pro," "we," "us," or "our") cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional cleaning services including:

  • Post-renovation cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Routine home cleaning

Service scope is agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in the quote.

2. Quotes and Pricing

We provide custom quotes for each cleaning job based on the property size, condition, and required scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. The final price is confirmed before service commencement and reflects the actual scope agreed.

If conditions on site differ significantly from those described at quoting, we will discuss any price adjustment with you before proceeding.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp, phone, or email. A confirmation deposit may be requested for certain services (typically 10-20% of the job value). Full payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client cancellation:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: full refund of any deposit
  • 12-24 hours' notice: 50% deposit forfeit
  • Less than 12 hours' notice: full deposit forfeit (unforeseen emergencies excepted at our discretion)

Rescheduling: we accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests at no charge with 24+ hours' notice. Same-day rescheduling depends on team availability.

Cuci Pro cancellation: if we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, equipment failure, etc.), we will offer the earliest possible reschedule or a full refund of any deposit paid.

5. Service Quality and Satisfaction

We aim for spotless results on every clean. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will arrange to address the concerns at no additional cost.

6. Access and Property

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be provided and the cleaning cannot proceed, the booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

You confirm that you have the authority to engage cleaning services for the property and that any building management permissions (for condos) are in place.

7. Liability for Damage

We carry liability insurance for accidental damage caused during cleaning. If we damage property in the course of cleaning:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of completion
  • We will assess the claim in good faith
  • Repairs or replacement are arranged or compensated based on assessment

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Damage to items not declared as fragile or sensitive when so notified
  • Damage from issues beyond our control (power failure, building services)
  • Items of exceptional value not disclosed to us in advance

8. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via:

  • Cash (on completion)
  • Bank transfer (to our Sdn. Bhd. corporate account)
  • E-wallet

For contract clients, monthly invoicing is standard with payment terms of 14 days from invoice date.

9. Photographs and Marketing

We may take before/after photographs of cleaning work for our records and training. We will not use identifiable photographs for marketing without your express consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts, with Kuala Lumpur as the venue of choice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or WhatsApp.
